FAQ: HOW IS AN EBOOK DIFFERENT FROM A PRINTABLE ACTIVITY GUIDE?

The ebooks are written to be read. They include more inspiration, background information, and teaching tips, but do NOT include printable student pages.

You can think of the ebooks as a "teacher's manual" for their related printable activities.

The printable activity guides include brief teacher instructions, but the focus is on the student handout pages, making the activities easy to use in a classroom or homeschool. Many of the printable guides also include math journaling prompts and decorated pages for student writing.

Either type can stand alone, though we believe they work better together. If you're on a tight budget, the ebook is often the better deal.

FAQ: HOW CAN I READ MY EBOOK?

You can read your DRM-free ebook on any e-reader (Amazon, Kobo, Nook), or on your phone, tablet, or computer. You can also use the free BookFunnel app.

FAQ: HOW CAN I USE MY PRINTABLES?

You can read your printable activity guide in any browser or PDF app. Print as many copies as you need for use in your own classroom, homeschool, or local co-op class.

FAQ: HOW CAN I LISTEN TO MY AUDIOBOOK?

You can download the mp3 file to play on your phone, tablet, or computer. You can also listen in the free BookFunnel app.

FAQ: HOW DO I GET MY EBOOKS?

Ebooks are delivered instantly by link in your confirmation email (and as a backup, also by email from our delivery partner, BookFunnel).

If your purchase includes a printable companion file, such as the Math You Can Play gameboards, the download link will be in the zip file on your order status page. Companion files are not part of the BookFunnel ebook download.

Printable files are delivered instantly on your order status page. As a backup, you'll also receive an email with your download links.

FAQ: HOW DO I GET MY AUDIOBOOK?

Audiobooks are delivered instantly by link in your confirmation email (and as a backup, also by email from our delivery partner, BookFunnel).

If your purchase includes a printable companion file, such as the Word Problems from Literature annotations, the download link will be in the zip file on your order status page. Companion files are not part of the BookFunnel ebook download.

FAQ: MY PRINT BOOK HAS A DIGITAL COMPANION FILE. HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THAT?

You can download the companion file on your order confirmation page. BUT due to a quirk of the print book delivery system, the file will not be available until AFTER your paperback or hardcover book has shipped.

We'll email you when your companion file is ready to download.

Shipping

FAQ: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FOR MERCHANDISE?

We offer free US shipping on all merchandise. Merchandise items are only available in the US at this time.

FAQ: HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING FOR PRINT BOOKS?

Paperbacks and hardcover books ship from our printing partner in the UK. Rates vary depending on your country, delivery address, and the shipping method you choose at checkout.

International customers: Depending on the laws in your country, you may owe import taxes, customs duties, or other fees upon the delivery of your package.

FAQ: HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

Our print books and merchandise are made-to-order especially for you. When you order an item, it will be created to your specifications and then shipped to you.

Because each item is created just for you, the delivery time ETA is usually about 2-4 weeks. If you have multiple items in your order, you may receive them in separate shipments at different times.

Returns

FAQ: CAN I RETURN MY DIGITAL BOOK FOR A REFUND?

Ebooks and printable activities are delivered immediately by electronic file download. They cannot be returned.

The only exception is for duplicate orders. If you accidentally purchase the same item twice, contact us immediately to get the second order refunded.

FAQ: CAN I RETURN MY PRINT BOOK OR MERCHANDISE FOR A REFUND?

Because our print books and merchandise are made-to-order especially for you, our return policy is limited.

If items are defective or damaged in shipment, we can refund the faulty item or send a replacement — your choice.

We do not accept returns if you change your mind.

For clothing, please check the sizing chart in each listing to verify size before ordering.

FAQ: HOW DO I REQUEST A REFUND?

If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email denise.gaskins@tabletopacademypress.com within 30 days of delivery. Provide the following information:

  • Order #
  • Written description of the fault or damage to the item
  • Photo(s) of the damaged or faulty product

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. Depending on the fault or damage, we may ask you to ship the item back to us in order to be refunded. If this occurs, a shipping label will be emailed to you.
