Price Alert: Digital Book Prices Going Up in September

It's been a month of admin work here behind the scenes. First there was the flood of spambot orders targeting my Playful Math Store. Then the website crash (recovered within an hour) that none of my IT support people can explain. Followed by a shipping glitch that kept people from ordering books until we figured it out.
Plus all the miscellaneous details of running a one-person business, too many of which tend to fall aside during the final rush of getting a new book to print.
And somewhere in all that jumble, accounting issues lead to a decision that may affect you.
Digital Book Prices Going Up
If you’re thinking about buying one of my ebooks or printable activity guides, now’s the time to shop.
I’ve decided to raise digital-book prices soon. They’ve been the same since well before the pandemic, and the pressure of inflation plus the hassle of dealing with spambots (who love to target low-priced items when testing stolen credit cards) combined to force my hand.
You have until the end of August to grab a back- to -school book at current prices.
(Print book prices will not change, at least not this year.)

If you share the Playful Math Store with a friend, and they buy something, they get a discount—and so do you!

But really, the full-color edition is the same price as the black-and-white retail edition will be, and it’s ever so much nicer for reading. It’s my first full-color book with real art, and I love how it turned out.
